Delivery within Germany is made by insured DHL parcel with a tracking number. Shipping costs start at €4.99.
Delivery within the European Union (Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland, Estonia, Finland excluding the Åland Islands, France excluding overseas territories and departments, Greece excluding Mount Athos, Great Britain excluding the Channel Islands, Ireland, Italy excluding Livigno and Campione d’Italia, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands excluding overseas territories, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus excluding the northern part) is made by insured DHL parcel with a tracking number. Shipping costs start at €13.99.

SHIPPING ABROAD
All shipments are dispatched from Germany. Shipments from Germany to another country may be subject to customs duties, taxes and fees that are not included in the displayed base price.

DELIVERY TIMES
Unless stated otherwise, delivery times are shown in the relevant product description. If several items are ordered at the same time, delivery of the entire order is based on the item with the longest delivery time. The delivery period is calculated from the date payment is received.
